How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

RETURN POLICY

You may return any new, unused product in the manufacturer's original packaging for an exchange or full refund within 60 days from the date of shipment. PLEASE CALL US FIRST 1-877-703-7118 SO WE CAN ISSUE YOU A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! Products that have been installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and shipped prepaid with appropriate packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package. Motherwell Products will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. All refunds must be processed via the original payment method.

SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS: Special order products may not be cancelled or returned unless authorized directly by the manufacturer for exchange.

WRONG PRODUCT: Have we shipped the wrong product to you? If we have made an error on your order, please give us a call or email us and one of our associates will arrange for an expedient exchange at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES: If you have changed your mind and simply would like a different product than you originally ordered, we have 2 options available for you: (1) We wait until we have received your returned item before we ship out the new product or (2) we can ship out the new product right away, charging it to your credit card and then issue a refund when we receive your return.

DAMAGED PARTS: If you have received a damaged part, please call or email us with the invoice number, part number and description of the issue at hand. We will contact you in a timely fashion with further instructions in resolving the matter.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
