How do I return an item?

   RETURN POLICY

 

·         You may return any new,unused product in the maufacturere's original packaging for an exchange or full refund 60 days from the date of shipment. PLEASE CALL US FIRST (360) 366-2600 SO WE CAN ISSUE YOU A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!  Products that have been installed cannot be returned.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and shipped pre-paid with appropriate packaging.  For your protection we recommend that you insure the package.  Motherwell Products will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  All refunds must be processed via the original payment method.

·         SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCTS:  Special order products may not be cancelled or returned unless authorized directly by the maufacturer for exchange.

 

·         WRONG PRODUCT:  Have we shipped the wrong product to you?  If we have made an error on your order, please give us a call or email us and one of our associates will arrange for an expedient exchange at no cost to you. 

 

·         EXCHANGES:  If you have changed your mind and simply would like a different product than you originally ordered, we have 2 options available for you.  (1) We wait until we have received your returned item before we ship ou the new product or (2) we can ship ou the new product right away, charging it to your credit card and then issue a refund when we receive your return.

·         DAMAGED PARTS:  If you have received a damaged part, please call or email us with the invoice number,  part number and description of the issue at hand.  We will contact you in a timely fashion with further instructions in resolving the matter.
