How do I return an item?
RETURN POLICY
· YOU MAY RETURN ANY NEW UNUSED PRODUCT IN THE MANUFACTURER’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR A FULL REFUND, OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED CANNOT BE RETURNED.SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE’S ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, AND SHIPPED PRE-PAID WITH APPROPRIATE PACKAGING. FOR YOUR PROTECTION, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE THE PACKAGE. MOTHERWELL PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PROCESSED VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
· SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED UNLESS AUTHORIZED DIRECTLY BY THE MANUFACTURER FOR EXCHANGE
· HAVE WE SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT TO YOU? IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR ON YOUR ORDER PLEASE GIVE US A CALL, OR EMAIL US AND ONE OF OUR ASSOCIATES WILL ARRANGE FOR AN EXPEDIENT EXCHANGE AT NO COST TO YOU.
· EXCHANGES: IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND AND WOULD SIMPLY LIKE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THAN YOU ORIGINALLY ORDERED WE HAVE 2 OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR YOU 1) WE WILL WAIT UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM BEFORE WE SHIP OUT THE NEW PRODUCT. OR 2) IF YOU DESIRE WE CAN SHIP OUT THE NEW PRODUCT RIGHT AWAY, CHARGING IT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD , AND ISSUE A REFUND WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN.
· DAMAGED PARTS: IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED PART, PLEASE CALL US OR EMAIL US WITH THE INVOICE NUMBER, PART NUMBER, AND DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE AT HAND. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN A TIMELY FASHION WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS IN RESOLVING THE MATTER.
