Can I order a different color for my backrest?
No, unfortunately right now we only offer back rests made out of black vinyl.
What is the weight rating for your racks?
We tell people 10lbs. However, this is more about safe weight distribution than what our racks can actually hold without damaging them.
How do I know which Rack fits my bike?
All of our racks have a fitment paragraph in the descriptions with all the bikes we know of that the rack will fit on. We've done our best to list all the bikes in the name/title of the product as well, so you can click the search button on the top and search for your bike!
We have also listed the mounting distance between the points, so if you measure that distance (about center to center in the holes), you can also check to make sure it will fit that way.
If you find that a rack fits your bike and we don't have it listed, tell us! Figure out that one doesn't fit your rack that we do have listed? Also please tell us! We want to make sure we give all the right information to our customers.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. (Washington State)
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
When will my credit appear on my account from my refund?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
